本文认为,发展的优势蕴藏于知识和科技之中,科技发展水平决定国家的命运。提高全民族的科学文化素质,也是决定国家命运的重要问题。学习知识是领导干部和青年一代的责任和义务。领导干部首先要学习马克思主义理论,青年一代要努力学习现代科学技术。在学有专长的同时,要努力拓宽知识面。知识的价值在于应用和实践。中国现代化的实际需要应用马克思主义,马克思主义也在应用中发展。现代科技知识要面向经济建设主战场,并在应用于实践的过程中得以发展。青年要在实践中求真知,长才干。
This article argues that the advantages of development lie in knowledge and technology, and the level of development in science and technology determines the destiny of the country. Raising the scientific and cultural qualities of the entire nation is also an important issue that determines the fate of the country. Learning knowledge is the responsibility and obligation of leading cadres and youth. Leading cadres must first study Marxist theory, and youth should work hard to study modern science and technology. While learning a specialty, we must strive to broaden our knowledge. The value of knowledge lies in the application and practice. The actual needs of China's modernization apply Marxism, and Marxism is also developing in application. Modern scientific and technological knowledge should face the main battlefield of economic construction and be developed in the process of applying it to practice. Young people need to seek truth from facts and to be competent.
