探讨了大豆品种耐旱性的生理基础,通过对13份春大豆优良种质的吸胀特性及与萌发关系的研究,结果表明:吸水系数随时间的延续而增加,不同品种间差异显著,吸水系数大的品种,萌发早、活力强;吸水速度在0~0.5h内为最快时期,且具有两种的吸水速率动态模式;小粒种的吸水系数大于大粒种,在0~3h内的吸水速率明显快于大粒种;0~0.5h内和1~2h内的吸水速率对品种的发芽率、活力指数起关键作用。
The physiological basis of drought tolerance of soybean cultivars was discussed. Based on the study of the relationship between the imbibition characteristics and germination of 13 spring soybean germplasms, the results showed that the water absorption coefficient increased with the prolongation of time. The differences among different cultivars were significant. The varieties with high coefficient of germination had early germination and strong vitality. The water absorption rate was the fastest in 0 ~ 0.5h, and had two dynamic modes of water absorption rate. The water absorption coefficient of small seeds was larger than that of large ones. Within 0 ~ 3h The water absorption rate was significantly faster than that of the macroporous species. The water absorption rate within 0 ~ 0.5h and 1 ~ 2h played a key role in the germination rate and vigor index of varieties.
