目的:优选大孔吸附树脂纯化薄荷总酚酸的工艺条件。方法:以总酚酸含量和吸附-解吸率为指标,考察5种不同大孔吸附树脂对总酚酸的吸附能力,确定最佳树脂型号,并优化其纯化工艺条件。结果:选用HPD-400型大孔吸附树脂,最佳工艺条件为上样液质量浓度0.1 g.mL-1,上样液pH 3,上样量6 BV,树脂柱径高比1∶9,2 BV 20%乙醇洗脱除杂,流速2BV.h-1,3 BV 70%乙醇以4 BV.h-1流速洗脱,收集洗脱液,薄荷总酚酸纯度可达53%。结论:所建立的工艺分离效果良好,操作简单,重复性好,可用于分离富集薄荷总酚酸。
Objective: To optimize the conditions for the purification of total phenolic acids from macroporous resin. Methods: The total phenolic acid content and adsorption - desorption rate as an indicator, investigated five different macroporous resin adsorption capacity of total phenolic acids to determine the best resin model, and optimize the purification process conditions. Results: The best macroporous resin HPD-400 was selected. The optimal conditions were as follows: 0.1 g.mL-1 of sample solution, pH3, 6 BV of sample volume, 1: 9 of resin column diameter, 2 BV 20% ethanol elution impurity flow rate 2BV.h-1, 3 BV 70% ethanol at 4 BV.h-1 flow rate elution, the eluate was collected, mint total phenolic acid purity of up to 53%. Conclusion: The established process has good separation effect, simple operation and good repeatability, and can be used for separation and enrichment of mint total phenolic acids.
