本文提出了新型的既可采用固定式节流(毛细管)又可采用反馈式节流(扭板弹性元件)的具有四个倾斜油腔的动静压混合轴承.在一定的边界条件下,用有限差分方法解得对应于动压效应的二维雷诺方程的数值解,运用数值积分求得动压特性与静压特性.将上述两个结果综合起来,即得该混合轴承的综合特性.对这种类型的轴承进行了理论分析计算,并与实验结果比较,验证了理论模型与计算结果的正确性.给出了倾斜油腔的倾斜比的优化范围.证明了该种轴承具有比较大的实用价值与优点,并已将这种混合轴承用于M 1080无心磨床的改装设计中.
In this paper, a new hybrid dynamic and static pressure bearing with four inclined oil chambers, which can be fixed throttle (capillaries) and feedback throttling (torsion plate elastic element), is proposed. Under certain boundary conditions, The differential method solves the numerical solution of the two-dimensional Reynolds equation corresponding to the dynamic pressure effect and obtains the dynamic pressure characteristics and the static pressure characteristics by numerical integration. Combining the above two results gives the comprehensive characteristics of the hybrid bearing. The type of bearing is theoretically calculated and compared with the experimental results to verify the correctness of the theoretical model and the calculation results.The optimum range of the tilt ratio of the inclined oil chamber is given.It is proved that this kind of bearing has more practical Value and benefits, and this hybrid bearing has been used in the retrofit design of the M 1080 centerless grinder.
