单克隆抗体(MCA)和杂交瘤技术对当代免疫学有着重大的影响,本文着重阐述 MCA在其发展和应用方面的某些趋势。MCA 的价值已在实验免疫化学中得到证实,而在免疫生物学中,迄今仅在较小范围内证实其价值。
Monoclonal antibody (MCA) and hybridoma technologies have had a significant impact on contemporary immunology. This article highlights some of the trends in the development and use of MCA. The value of MCA has been demonstrated in experimental immunochemistry, whereas in immunobiology so far only its value has been demonstrated to a lesser extent.
