内燃动车的节能措施,首先是降低柴油机的燃油消耗率,其次是提高传动系统的效率。本文从技术的观点,论述内燃动车用液力传动装置包括减轻重量、降低成本、减少维修在内的广义的节能措施。 1.前言应用液力变扭器的传动装置,由于扭矩能随着速度连续地增大,所以能满足机车所要求的性能。使用油作为介质,即使发生意外的冲击,也能被液力变扭器吸收。为了能够适应从小功率到大功率的要求,液力传动装置不仅用于铁道机车动车,而且广泛用于汽车、建筑机械等方面。尤其是在汽车上采用液力变扭器,深受女司机的欢迎。近年来大约占总生产量四分之一的汽车采用了液力变扭器。
