动脉硬化已被公认为是心脑肾血管疾病的共同基础。因此,早期发现动脉血管结构和功能的变化,并及时、有效地进行早期干预,是预防严重致死性相关疾病发生的根本措施之一。动脉硬化的检测方式有很多种,其中脉搏波传导速度在国际上被认为是反映动脉僵硬度的“金标准”。近年来,糖尿病、高血压引起的慢性肾病,造影剂引起的急性肾功能不全的发病率在逐年攀升。动脉僵硬度与继发性肾损害早期诊断指标的相关性已成为国内外研究者探究的问题。“,”Arterial stiffness has been considered to be the common basis of cardiovascular and ne-phropathy.Therefore,early detection of changes in the structure and function of the artery,and effective intervention , were the measures to prevent the related serious fatal results of these diseases .There were many methods to test Arterial stiffness ,among them pulse wave velocity was considered the “gold stand-ard”.Recently,the morbidity of chronic kidney injury by diabetes and hypertension and contrast-in-duced nephropathy had been rising year by year.Relationship of arterial stiffness and secondary renal damage had become a topic that researchers around world were interested in.
