实验于1987~1989年两次在本校农场进行。材料为小麦(Triticum aestvum)品种农鉴1号。试验地为粘壤土,pH值6.8;土壤有机质含量1.3%,速效氮77.5ppm,速效磷61.2ppm,速效钾96ppm;基肥水平纯氮10 kg/亩。测定硝酸还原酶(NR)活力用体内改进法,蛋白质含量用谷物蛋白含量快速测定法。结果(图1)表明:
The experiment was conducted twice at our school farm from 1987 to 1989. Material for wheat (Triticum aestvum) Nong Nong 1. The test site was clay loam, pH 6.8; soil organic matter 1.3%, available nitrogen 77.5ppm, available phosphorus 61.2ppm, available potassium 96ppm; base fertilizer level pure nitrogen 10kg / acre.
