在南昌地区生态条件下,对协优64F1×T984S等5个组合,观察F'1、F'2、F'3的育性表现,F'1代(复式杂交)在长日照和短日照处理下,育性表现趋向一致,分离出3种表现型:不育株18.29%,半不育株29.27%,可育株52.44%。F'2后在长日照条件下才能选育到光敏不育株;当代分离出光敏林为1.5%~6.71%。F'3代光敏株为1.24%~2.94%。随着世代增加光敏株出现频率降低。不育核基因型,可以在不同的不育细胞质中得到表达。
Under the ecological conditions of Nanchang, the fertility performance of F’1, F’2 and F’3 was observed on five combinations of Xieyou 64F1 × T984S. F’1 (double hybridization) Under the same fertility trend, three phenotypes were isolated: 18.29% of sterile plants, 29.27% of semi-sterile plants and 52.44% of fertile plants. F’2 after long-day conditions can be bred to the photosensitive sterile plants; contemporary isolated photosensitive forest 1.5% ~ 6.71%. F’3 generation of photosensitive strains of 1.24% ~ 2.94%. The frequency of emergence of photosensitive strains decreases with generations. Sterile nuclear genotypes can be expressed in different sterile cytoplasms.
