目的:建立测定儿泻停颗粒中甘草苷和甘草酸含量的HPLC法。方法:采用Tech Mate C_(18)-ST色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相以乙腈为A相,0.05%磷酸水溶液为B相,梯度洗脱,流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长:237 nm,柱温:室温,进样量:5μl。结果:甘草苷在10.32~51.62 mg·L~(-1),甘草酸铵在79.40~397.00 mg·L~(-1)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r>0.999)。两种成分的平均回收率分别为98.10%(RSD=1.0%,n=6)和97.15%(RSD=1.8%,n=6)。结论:该方法结果准确,重复性和稳定性好,可用于儿泻停颗粒的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid in Xiexianpin granule. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile (A) phase and 0.05% phosphoric acid solution (B) as phase B using gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min ~ (-1), detection wavelength: 237 nm, column temperature: room temperature, injection volume: 5μl. Results: The calibration curves of glycyrrhizin showed good linearity (r> 0.999) in the range of 10.32 ~ 51.62 mg · L -1 and 79.40 ~ 397.00 mg · L -1 of glycyrrhizinate. The average recoveries of the two components were 98.10% (RSD = 1.0%, n = 6) and 97.15% (RSD = 1.8%, n = 6), respectively. Conclusion: The method is accurate, reproducible and stable and can be used for the quality control of Xiesanjing granule.
