目的观察国产替考拉宁对表皮、溶血葡萄球菌等凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(coagulasenegativeStaphycoccus,CNS)的体外抗菌活性。方法采用琼脂稀释法对国产替考拉宁进行224株表皮、溶血葡萄球菌等凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)测定,并与进口替考拉宁进行了抗菌效果对比。结果国产替考拉宁对124株表皮葡萄球菌的MIC90为4μg/ml,对42株溶血葡萄球菌和14株里昂葡萄球菌的MIC90均为2μg/ml。结论国产替考拉宁对224株凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌具有较强的抑菌活性。224株凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌对国产和进口替考拉宁的敏感率均为100%。
Objective To observe the in vitro antibacterial activity of domestic teicoplanin against coagulasenegativeStaphycoccus (CNS) such as epidermis and Staphylococcus haemolyticus. Methods The agar dilution method was used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 224 domestic epicatechin-producing cortisol, coagulase-negative staphylococci and other coagulase-negative staphylococci. The antibacterial effect was compared with that of imported teicoplanin. Results The MIC90 of domestic teicoplanin against 124 strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis was 4μg / ml, and the MIC90 of 42 strains of Staphylococcus haemolyticus and 14 strains of Lyon staphylococcus were both 2μg / ml. Conclusion Domestic teicoplanin has strong antibacterial activity against 224 coagulase-negative staphylococci. The susceptibility of 224 coagulase-negative staphylococci to both domestic and imported teicoplanin was 100%.
