通过对国内外几个代表院校音乐素质教育的概况和目的进行的比较研究。笔者得出,夯实音乐教育基础,各国的教育改革和发展趋势,已经向音乐等人文素质教育转变。国外通过规划知识领域、确定学科主题来构建基础课程体系,设置综合化的音乐课程;而我国人文社科课程体系缺乏研究设计,尤其音乐素质教育课程设置随意,缺乏综合性和规范性;国外认为音乐素质教育有助于加深对人类思想观念的了解,有助于品格的养成;而我国院校则缺乏相关认识,对音乐素质教育普遍重视不够。
Through a comparative study of the general situation and purpose of music quality education at several representative institutions at home and abroad. The author concludes that consolidating the foundation of music education and the education reform and development trends in various countries have shifted to the humanistic quality education such as music. In foreign countries, the basic curriculum system is set up and the integrated music curriculum is established through the planning of knowledge areas and the subjects of subjects. The lack of research design in the curriculum system of humanities and social sciences in our country, in particular, the lack of comprehensiveness and normativeness in music quality education curriculum; Music quality education helps to deepen the understanding of the concept of human thought, contribute to the development of character; and our institutions lack the relevant knowledge, music quality education is generally not enough attention.
