浙江足佳集团公司是一个以劳动密集型的皮鞋生产为基础的国家大型二级工业企业。十七年的发展,我们经历了不少坎坷,也取得了不少收获,但是近几年来在市场经济杠杆的作用下,在国家宏观调控下,企业发展举步维艰,特别是对我们以轻工业为主体的企业来说,更是如此,由于轻工业操作简单,发展异常迅猛,总量不断扩张,导致了集团产品供大于求的现状,给我们带来了严峻的挑战。 足佳集团领导班子根据外部环境,市场态势、需求变化、企业现状、结构调整、投向选择、资金筹措等情况,经过反复的探讨、分析、研究、比较,认为只有尽快适应两个转变、抓住两个市场、调整两个结构,充分发挥足佳集团龙头企业优势,以点带面,促进其他行业发展,才能重组我们集团优势,重振工业企业
