随着残障儿童医疗康复和教育保障为两大支持的保护体系形成,残障儿童康复走向社会化,残障预防得到重视,残障儿童社会参与、文化娱乐等权利保障逐步得到落实。但是,残障儿童的学前教育资源和学习交流场所仍然缺乏。在生活中,书吧是随处可见的,然而在大部分的书吧设计中,却忽略了残障儿童的阅读需求。本方案将无障碍设计理念贯穿始终,让残障儿童和每一个普通孩子一样互相学习、互相交流。促进他们心理和生理各方面健康发展,同时更好的去接受和融入社会。本方案企用专业知识关心弱势群体。将无障碍理念引入更多公共场所和学习交流空间设计。
With the medical and rehabilitation support for children with disabilities forming the two major support systems, the rehabilitation of disabled children has become socialized. Disability prevention has been paid attention to. The protection of the rights of disabled children through social participation and cultural entertainment has been gradually implemented. However, there is still a shortage of pre-school education resources and learning opportunities for children with disabilities. In life, bookstores are ubiquitous, yet most bookstore designs ignore the reading needs of handicapped children. The concept of barrier-free design throughout the program, so that children with disabilities, like every ordinary child learn from each other, communicate with each other. Promote their healthy development in all aspects of psychology and physiology, and at the same time better accept and integrate into society. The program uses expertise to care about vulnerable groups. Introducing barrier-free concepts to more public places and learning to communicate space design.
