上海企业整顿工作,一九八二年开始试点,八三年正式推开,截止今年三月底,列入国家经委整顿规划的2034个全民企业,已整顿验收合格的单位共1972个,占总数的97％,其余单位也将在近期内完成整顿验收任务。企业整顿是进一步加强档案工作的有利时机,凡是抓了这个时机,企业档案工作的整顿就取得了明显的效果。
The rectification of Shanghai enterprises began in 1982 and was officially launched in 1993. By the end of March this year, 2,034 state-owned enterprises, included in the State Economic and Trade Commission’s rectification plan, have reorganized and verified a total of 1972 units, accounting for a total of 97%, the remaining units will also complete the task of rectification and acceptance in the near future. Rectification of enterprises is a favorable opportunity to further strengthen archives work. Whenever this opportunity is caught, the rectification of enterprise archives has achieved remarkable results.
