我国资本市场的重要组成部分便是中小型企业,它关系着市场能否长远健康的发展。在资本市场飞速发展的进程中,保护中小企业投资者投资者的合法权益成为发展中的重要话题。与大型企业相比,中小企业往往具有决策能力差、信息来源途径不足、企业稳定性差、自我保护能力差的特点,这就使中小企业在发展中处于劣势,合法权益极易被侵害。笔者对中小企业发展中保护投资者权益方面出现的问题进行了详细的探讨,并详细的解读了国务院刚推出的“新国九条”制度,并深入研究了该制度在中国资本市场中发挥的作用以及与投资者管理之间的联系。
