在采用直通型溢流槽的基础上,对带有薄而深筋片的铝合金铸件进行压铸成形试验研究,统计分析铸件产生各种缺陷的类型,并对产生压铸缺陷的原因进行了论述。在对比直通型溢流槽模型的基础上,给出了齿形溢流槽的模型。对采用齿形溢流槽进行压铸成形试验缺陷分析统计的基础上,给出最优化生产工艺参数。发现齿形溢流槽截面积大,气体流动速度快,且通道内能快速收集铸件尾渣、尾气。
On the basis of the through-type overflow tank, the die-casting forming experiment of the aluminum alloy castings with thin and deep ribs was conducted, and the types of defects produced by the castings were statistically analyzed. The causes of die-casting defects were also discussed. Based on the comparison of the throughflow tank model, the model of the toothed overflow tank is given. Based on the statistic analysis of the defect of die-casting forming test using tooth-shaped overflow groove, the optimal production process parameters are given. It is found that the cross-sectional area of the toothed overflow groove is large and the gas flow velocity is fast, and the tailings and tail gas of the casting can be quickly collected in the passage.
