以临近陇海铁路线的汉函谷关遗址为研究对象,通过ABAQUS有限元软件建立三维有限元模型并在模型上设置不同沟宽、沟深、位置、填充材料的隔振沟;利用子程序VDLOAD输入考虑轨道不平顺、附加动载、轨面波磨效应的列车荷载,并从应力分布的角度出发,分析不同规格的隔振沟对该古遗址的减振效果。结果表明:隔振沟的沟宽对减振效果影响不大;沟深对减振效果影响很大;隔振沟的位置不同对函谷关二层关楼和一层门洞的减振效果有所不同,即隔振沟距铁路线15m时对关楼的减振效果最佳,距铁路线2m处时对门洞的减振效果最佳,而从整体上看,隔振沟设置在函谷关和铁路线中间处时减振效果最好;软性材料填充物的减振效果优于硬性材料。为减小列车移动荷载对汉函谷关的影响,建议在距离铁路线15m处设置隔振沟,隔振沟规格为宽0.8m、深5m,沟内可考虑填入软性材料填充物。
Taking the Hangangguguan ruins near the Longhai railway line as the research object, a three-dimensional finite element model was established by ABAQUS finite element software and vibration isolation grooves with different groove width, groove depth, position and filling material were set up on the model. Based on the stress distribution, the vibration isolation effect of different specifications of vibration isolating ditch on the ancient ruins is analyzed with VDLOAD input considering the train load of track irregularity, additional dynamic load and rail surface wiping effect. The damping effect is best when the middle of the railway line and the railway line are closed. The damping effect of the soft material filler is better than that of the rigid material. In order to reduce the influence of train moving load on Hanamu Pass, it is suggested that a vibration isolation trench should be set 15m away from the railway line. The vibration isolation trench should be 0.8m wide and 5m deep. The filling of soft material in the trench may be considered.
