本文对中国东海东部冲绳海槽海底沉积物中一元脂肪酸的组成及其分子结构,用色谱一质谱法进行了鉴定,正构脂肪酸的碳数分布为nC_(12:0)—nC_(30:0),异构脂肪酸的碳数分布为iC_(13:0),iC_(14:0),iC_(15:0),aiC_(15:0),isopr C_(17:0),10-MeC_(16:0),iC_(17:0),aiC_(17:0),iC_(18:0),iC_(19:0)等,不饱和脂肪酸有C_(16:1△9),C_(17:1△9),C_(18:1△11),C_(19:1△11)等。并对正构异构不饱和一元脂肪酸的质谱特征进行了讨论。
In this paper, the composition and molecular structure of monounsaturated fatty acids in the seabed sediments of the Okinawa Trough in the eastern East China Sea were identified by means of mass spectrometry and mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The carbon number distribution of normal fatty acids was nC_ (12: 0) -nC_ ), The carbon number distribution of isomeric fatty acids were iC_ (13: 0), iC_ (14: 0), iC_ (15: 0), aiC_ (15: 0), isopr_C_ (17: 0), 10-MeC_ (16: 1), C_ (17: 0), aiC_ (17: 0), iC_ (18: 0) and iC_ (19: 0) : 1 △ 9), C_ (18: 1 △ 11), C_ (19: 1 △ 11) and so on. The mass spectral characteristics of n-monounsaturated monobasic fatty acids were also discussed.
