小学生课业负担过重是长期以来困扰我们教育工作的重点问题之—。其原因是多方面的,其中最主要的是现行应试教育体制的弊端。解决这个问题,必须从教育思想、教学方法、教学渠道、招生考试制度等方面进行综合整体改革。(一)端正教育思想,树立正确的教育观、质量观和效益观。克服片面强调智育而忽视学生的全面发展、分数就是质量、只看学习成绩而不讲学习效率等旧观念。为配合学习,我们组织了调查研究和研讨活动。先后两次召开减轻学生负担,提高教育质量研讨会。1988年,我们对不同类型学校的2000名学生、200名教师进行了调查,发现我区小学中确实存在课时多、内容多、作业多、考试多的问题,严重干扰了德育摆位和学生身体健康,压抑了学生各种潜能及个性特长的发展。同时在学生心理上也孕
The overburdened schoolchildren’s academic work is a key issue that has long puzzled our education. There are many reasons for this, and the most important one is the drawbacks of the current exam-oriented education system. To solve this problem, we must carry out comprehensive reforms in terms of educational ideas, teaching methods, teaching channels, and the enrollment examination system. (1) Correct education ideas and establish a correct view of education, quality and efficiency. To overcome one-sided emphasis on intellectual education and ignore the overall development of students, the score is the quality, only to see the academic achievements without speaking about learning efficiency and other old concepts. In order to cooperate with the study, we organized investigations and research activities. Two seminars have been held to reduce the burden on students and improve the quality of education.
