提出了一种应用DSP实现数控机床永磁交流伺服系统电机的转子磁极位置和转速的检测方法 ,该方法充分利用了DSP片内资源 ,无需增加额外的硬件资源 ,降低了系统成本。实验结果证明了这种检测方法的精确性和实用性
A method to detect rotor pole position and rotation speed of a permanent magnet AC servo system of a CNC machine tool by using DSP is proposed. The method takes full advantage of DSP chip resources without adding extra hardware resources and reduces the system cost. The experimental results prove the accuracy and practicability of this method
