本文目的在于寻求适合度量各种电子对抗技术有效性的标准和方法。文中将现行的电子对抗技术归纳为三类:遮盖性干扰,欺骗性干扰,“隐身”性干扰;并根据不同的干扰类型建立了相应的电子对抗模型,提出了干扰有效度的度量标准和方法。从功率准则出发,对遮盖性干扰提出了干扰因子的概念;对欺骗性干扰,从概率准则出发提出了干扰有效概率的概念;对隐身技术,从有效散射面积观点出发,提出了用有效散射面积的减小量或烧穿距离的减小量来度量干扰有效度的方法。这三样不同的度量标准和方法,都是简单易行、便于计算的,本文对各种度量标准进行了详细推导,给出了计算公式。
The purpose of this paper is to find standards and methods suitable for measuring the effectiveness of various electronic countermeasures. In this paper, the current electronic countermeasures are summarized into three categories: obscure interference, deceptive interference and “stealth” interference. Corresponding models of electronic warfare are established according to different types of interference, and the metrics and methods of interference validity are proposed . Starting from the power criterion, the concept of interference factor is proposed for the cover-up interference. From the probability criterion, the concept of effective interference probability is proposed for the deceptive interference. From the point of view of the effective scattering area, Or reducing the burn-through distance to measure the effectiveness of interference. The three different metrics and methods are simple and easy to calculate. In this paper, various metrics are deduced in detail and the formulas are given.
