[目的]研究p53蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)放射敏感性和预后的关系。[方法]应用免疫组化法检测60例放疗前NSCLC组织中p53蛋白和PCNA的表达情况,分析其与放射敏感性和生存期的关系。[结果]60例NSCLC组织中p53和PCNA阳性表达率分别为63.3%(38/60)和96.7%(58/60),高表达者分别为22例(36.7%)和42例(70.0%)。p53和PCNA表达强度与NSCLC放射敏感性均有相关性;p53与NSCLC患者预后有关,而PCNA与其无关。同时高表达的NSCLC患者3年生存率低于同时低表达患者(20.0%vs60.0%)。[结论]p53和PCNA表达与NSCLC放射敏感性有关,p53高表达提示预后较差,两者同时高表达的NSCLC患者预后较差。
[Objective] To study the relationship between the expression of p53 protein and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and the radiosensitivity and prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). [Methods] The expression of p53 protein and PCNA in 60 NSCLC tissues before radiotherapy were detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the expression of p53 protein and PCNA and radiosensitivity and survival was analyzed. [Results] The positive rates of p53 and PCNA in 60 NSCLC tissues were 63.3% (38/60) and 96.7% (58/60), respectively. The high expression of p53 and PCNA in 22 cases (36.7%) and 42 cases (70.0% . The expression of p53 and PCNA were correlated with the radiosensitivity of NSCLC. The expression of p53 was related to the prognosis of patients with NSCLC, but PCNA was not associated with it. At the same time, the 3-year survival rate of patients with high expression of NSCLC was lower than that of patients with low expression (20.0% vs60.0%). [Conclusion] The expression of p53 and PCNA is related to the radiosensitivity of NSCLC. The high expression of p53 suggests that the prognosis is poor. Both NSCLC patients with high expression of p53 and PCNA have poor prognosis.
