工程管理的理念应以全面预算管理的思路为首,加强构建策略和工作的运行方针,应该力求保持企业之间的竞争优势,把全面预算管理的思想运用到实际生产加工和建设项目中,降低公路建设项目的投资成本,降低施工运行的风险,提高施工项目的利润。文章会分析全面预算在现代化管理中的地位,渗透于各种企业中;并且通过对全面预算的概念诠释和总结,论述在公路建设中全面预算管理的具体应用方式,提高公路建设项目的效率。
