纵观我省建材工业横向经济联合的发展趋势,联合的范围越来越广,从本地区、本系统向跨地区、跨部门、跨所有制的方向发展,企业之间、地区经济之间,在更大的范围内寻求最佳结合;联合的内容越来越丰富,从简单的协作、物资串换向生产领域、流通领域、科技领域相结合的方向发展,生产要素在更高的程度上重新组合,以寻求最佳经济效益;联合的形式多种多样,有垣期的,也有长期的,有松散的,也有紧密的,有单项的,也有综合的,因地制宜,切合实际。从而,把建材工业的横向经济联合推进到一个崭新的发展阶段。
