大型企业集团的崛起和壮大,把经济体制改革推向了新阶段。为推动大型企业集团的健康发展,必须不断健全和加强企业集团的财务管理。现就我集团的财务管理情况和做法作一介绍,以期抛砖引玉。一、一汽集团的概况自1982年12月20日,原国家经委正式批准一汽成立“解放汽车工业企业联营公司”以来,一汽集团的发展已经走过了十五个年头,十五年来在党中央、国务院、国家各部委、省市各级政府部门的领导支持下,一汽集团有了长足的发展,特别是1993年7月15日经国务院批准,成为国有资产授权经营企业集团,为一汽集团进一步发挥集团整体优势,进行生产要素优化重组,实现规模经济,增强集团的凝聚力、向心力、奠定了基础。目前一汽集团
The rise and expansion of large-scale enterprise groups have pushed the reform of the economic system to a new stage. In order to promote the healthy development of large-scale enterprise groups, we must constantly improve and strengthen the financial management of enterprise groups. Now we will introduce our group’s financial management situation and practice, in order to throw in the bricks. I. Overview of FAW Group Since December 20, 1982, since the former State Economic Commission officially approved the establishment of FAW, “the liberation of auto industry joint venture companies,” FAW Group’s development has come a long way in fifteen years. Supported by the leadership of the Party Central Committee, the State Council, various ministries and commissions, and provincial and municipal government departments at all levels, FAW Group has made great progress, especially on July 15, 1993, approved by the State Council, and became a state-owned assets authorized operating enterprise group.
