利用与Rf3和Rf4紧密连锁的SSR标记RM10353和RM6100对106份广西普通野生稻核心种质材料的细胞质雄性不育恢复基因的等位性进行了分析。结果显示:在广西普通野生稻中,Rf3和Rf4座位各检测到6种类型的等位基因,等位基因频率分别在0.033 0~0.584 9和0.028 3~0.462 3之间,有效等位基因分别为2.488 6和3.444 5,Shanon’s信息指数分别为1.221 4和1.453 2。表明在广西普通野生稻中,Rf3和Rf4座位的遗传多样性很高。
The SSR markers RM10353 and RM6100 closely linked to Rf3 and Rf4 were used to analyze the allelic characteristics of the cytoplasmic male sterility restorer genes in 106 accessions of O. officinalis core collection. The results showed that six alleles were detected in Rf3 and Rf4 loci in O. officinale. The allele frequency was 0.033 0-0.584 9 and 0.028 3-0.462 3, respectively. The effective alleles were Shannon’s information index was 1.221 4 and 1.453 2 respectively for 2.488 6 and 3.444 5. The results showed that the genetic diversity of Rf3 and Rf4 loci was high in common wild rice of Guangxi.
