患者,女,40岁,农民。1992年6月8日下午被家犬咬伤右手腕上部外侧,出血,伤面积2×3cm,用肥皂洗后擦碘酒,按说明规定肌注人用狂犬疫苗2.5IU1支(上海生物制品研究所,批号920213-3,有效期92年11月5日)。注射第三支后20小时,注射部位发痒红肿,其面积达20×8cm,稍高于周围皮肤,压之退色,压痛不明显。体检:T37.3℃,P18次/分,心肺正常,肝脾不大。白细胞6.0×10~9/L,中性粒细胞
