(一) 概述电枢绕组匝间耐压是电机行业中的老问题,对机车中大功率牵引电动机,问题尤其严重。在运行中,时常发生由于匝间绝缘故障而导致牵引电动机电枢绕组烧损的事故。铁道部机务部门检修规程规定:在牵引电:动机试验时,应将端电压提高30%并持续五分钟,以此来做匝间耐压试验。由于实际所加电压并不很高,一些匝间绝缘的隐患处,并不都能试出,而即使试出匝间绝缘存在故障,则要将牵引电动机从负荷试验台上吊下,进行解体,抽出电
