在不断深入的分子生物学研究基础上发现,类风湿关节炎( RA )病变中,许多黏附分子在浸润的白细胞、血管内皮细胞以及滑膜细胞中均有不同程度的表达。在黏附分子参与的前提下,各细胞得以活化,导致多种致炎因子、细胞因子以及蛋白水解酶的形成,这一因素与 RA 滑膜发生增生、形成血管翳以及骨关节软骨被破坏均存在着直接或者间接的关系。该文拟阐述 RA发病机制和进展过程中整合素、选择素、免疫球蛋白等家族成员所参与作用的新研究成果,以期对 RA 的治疗提供新的思路。“,”With the development of molecular biology, it′s discovered that leukocyte and vascular endo-thelial cell express many adhesion molecules during course of rheumatoid arthritis ( RA).Assisted by the adhesion molecule,different cells are activated and release various types of pro-inflammation factors,cytokine and proteinase,directly or indirectly resulting in synovial hyperplasia ,the genesis of pannus and destruction of articular cartilage.Here is to elucidate the pathogenesis of RA,the role of integrin,selectin and immuno-globulin family in the RA,and formulate effective therapeutic measures.
