近年来,我国高等级公路建设逐渐增多,由于高等级公路车速高,交通量大,对公路两旁辐射较强的噪声,影响了周围的环境.随着《交通建设项目环境保护管理办法》的实施,公路建设也实行了“环境影响评价”制度.为避免新的污染源产生,在公路规划与设计过程中,应事先考虑噪声影响,并做好防噪设计.
In recent years, the construction of high-grade highways in our country has been gradually increasing. Due to the high speed and heavy traffic of high-grade highways, the strong radiation on both sides of the road affected the surrounding environment.With the implementation of the “Administrative Measures on Environmental Protection of Traffic Construction Projects” , Highway construction has also implemented the “environmental impact assessment.” In order to avoid new sources of pollution, in the process of highway planning and design, the influence of noise should be considered in advance, and the noise prevention design should be well done.
