[目的]了解绍兴市小学生家长营养知识(K)、态度(A)、膳食行为(P)及影响因素,为确定合理的营养干预方法提供科学依据。[方法]利用调查问卷,对绍兴市2所小学1248名学生家长的营养知识-态度-行为进行调查分析。[结果]学生家长的营养K、A、P三者之间及家长的膳食行为与孩子的饮食习惯之间均呈现正相关关系。学生家长都表现出乐于接受营养知识,注重自身和孩子营养状况的良好态度,但不同文化层次间在营养知识和行为方面差异较大。[结论]家长的营养知识和行为是影响孩子健康的重要因素,要改善在校学生的营养状况,必须加强对家长尤其是文化素质相对较低的家长的营养宣教。
[Objective] To understand the nutritional knowledge (K), attitude (A), dietary behaviors (P) and influencing factors of Parents in Shaoxing primary school to provide scientific basis for determining reasonable nutritional intervention methods. [Methods] The survey questionnaire was used to investigate the nutritional knowledge-attitude-behavior of 1248 parents in two primary schools in Shaoxing. [Result] There was a positive correlation between the parents ’nutrition K, A and P, the parents’ dietary behaviors and the children’s eating habits. Parents showed their willingness to accept nutritional knowledge and pay attention to themselves and their children’s nutritional status. However, differences in nutritional knowledge and behaviors among different cultural levels were significant. [Conclusion] Parents’ nutritional knowledge and behavior are important factors that affect the health of their children. To improve their nutritional status, nutrition education for parents, especially those with relatively low educational level, must be strengthened.
