在口腔颌面部血管瘤中,巨大型唇舌海绵状血管瘤并不罕见,其临床表现常严重破坏患者的正常外貌及语言、咀嚼、吞咽和牙(牙合)发育等口腔生理功能。唇舌血管瘤所造成的颜面畸形给患者的精神创伤与心理上的隐忧十分痛苦。巨大型海绵状血管瘤的治疗十分棘手,近年来作者应用 CO_2激光与中药硬化剂联合治疗一千余例,均收到十分良好与令人鼓舞的效果。现将一例巨大型下唇与舌海绵状血管瘤作为典
In the oral and maxillofacial hemangiomas, giant lip-lingual cavernous hemangiomas are not uncommon, and their clinical manifestations often severely damage the patient’s normal appearance and oral physiological functions such as language, chewing, swallowing, and occlusal development.
