介绍了一种牙颌模型激光三维形态扫描测量分析方法。采用激光二极管为扫描光源,巧妙地设计了两个CCD接受从被测物体上反射回来的漫反射光。机械装置使牙颌模型在沿水平横轴做前后方向往复旋转运动的同时,沿水平横轴做左右方向的水平位移,高精度均匀采集牙颌模型的三维形态,总精度可达0.03mm。在采集完牙颌模型的三维信息后,计算机随即可多方向显示出牙颌模型的逼真立体形态、测量出模型上任意点的三维坐标值、线段长、角度值、牙弓弧形长度,可以依计划拔去一个或多个牙齿,然后在三维空间范围内进行排牙模拟,省去了在石膏模型上进行测量、分析、排牙的诸多不便。该方法精度高、速度快、直观性好,具有很高的临床使用价值。
A three-dimensional morphological scanning measurement analysis method of dental model was introduced. Using a laser diode as a scanning light source, two CCDs were subtly designed to receive diffuse reflections reflected from the object being measured. The mechanical device allows the dental model to perform reciprocal rotational movement in the front-rear direction along the horizontal axis, horizontal displacement in the horizontal direction along the horizontal horizontal axis, and high-precision uniform acquisition of three-dimensional morphology of the dental jaw model with an overall accuracy of 0.03 mm. After acquiring the three-dimensional information of the dental jaw model, the computer can display the realistic three-dimensional shape of the dental jaw model in multiple directions, measure the three-dimensional coordinate value of any point on the model, the length of the line segment, the angle value, and the arch length of the dental arch. One or more teeth are removed according to the plan, and simulations of tooth placement are performed in a three-dimensional space, eliminating the inconvenience of measuring, analyzing, and arranging teeth on a plaster cast. The method has high precision, high speed, good visual quality and high clinical value.
