业财融合也称业务财务一体化,强调将财务管理理念融入业务活动的全流程中,借助信息系统进行财务治理,更需要以企业前期充分的信息化建设和人才培养为前提,在价值文化的指导下重塑财务流程,对业务全程进行财务管理,通过业财联动,为管理层提供决策支撑,在合理有效的绩效考核体系下对业财团队进行监督和激励,使所有的活动都贯穿于价值文化的理念中,最终确保企业战略目标的实现。本文就当前企业如何有效实现业财融合进行探讨。
