Mr. Yamamoto welcomed us at the door wearing a kimono with his wife and daughter, and he led us upstairs to the reception hall. The bookcase of the reception room was full of books. Even the aisles and the houses were full of books of several feet in height. We dived into the room just as we entered the library library.
