目的分析2011—2013年中牟县法定传染病流行趋势和特征,找出其特点及内在规律,从而有针对性地制定出相应的防控措施。方法资料来源国家卫生部《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》的《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》中已审核数据,运用回顾性流行病学研究方法进行研究和描述性分析。结果经统计,三年中,无甲类传染病报告,乙、丙类传染病发病总体保持平稳,但构成比有反转趋势;发病数前五位分别为肝炎、肺结核、其它感染性腹泻病、手足口病、流行性腮腺炎;其中肝炎发病率占总发病数的39.62%,但连续三年肝炎发病呈明显下降趋势;狂犬病和新生儿破伤风的病死率高达100%,艾滋病的病死率三年共计44.44%。结论加强对肠道传染病的监控力度;进一步提高疫苗接种率;重点抓好肝炎、肺结核的防治工作;加强居民的健康教育,提高对艾滋病、手足口病、新生儿破伤风的认识,更好的预防发生,降低感染风险。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological trends and characteristics of notifiable infectious diseases in Zhongmu County from 2011 to 2013, and to find out its characteristics and inherent laws so as to formulate appropriate prevention and control measures. Methods The sources of the data were reviewed in the “Disease Surveillance Information Reporting Management System” of China’s Disease Control and Prevention Information System of the Ministry of Health, and retrospective epidemiological methods were used to conduct research and descriptive analysis. Results According to the statistics, in the past three years, there was no report of type A infectious diseases and the incidence of type B and C infectious diseases remained generally stable but the composition ratio had the tendency of reversal. The top five incidences were hepatitis, tuberculosis and other infectious diarrheal diseases , Hand-foot-mouth disease and mumps. The incidence of hepatitis accounted for 39.62% of the total number of cases, but the incidence of hepatitis decreased markedly for three consecutive years. The case-fatality rate of rabies and neonatal tetanus was as high as 100% Total three years 44.44%. Conclusion Intensify the monitoring of intestinal infectious diseases; further increase the vaccination rate; focus on the prevention and treatment of hepatitis and tuberculosis; strengthen residents’ health education and better understanding of AIDS, hand-foot-mouth disease and neonatal tetanus Prevention will reduce the risk of infection.
