用食物组成评分(FGS)法[1],分析我国贫困地区学龄前儿童的膳食模式和营养状况,显示出儿童的膳食模式能够反映其营养状况。对不同模式的儿童家庭背景进行分析表明,随着儿童家庭经济状况或父母的文化程度的提高,儿童膳食构成趋向于多样化,儿童的身高、体重状况也有明显好转。证明了经济收入、父母文化程度是通过膳食来影响儿童的营养状况。本文显示出食物组成评分法有其实用性。
The food composition score (FGS) method [1] was used to analyze the dietary patterns and nutritional status of preschool children in poverty-stricken areas in China, showing that children’s diet patterns can reflect their nutritional status. An analysis of the children’s family backgrounds in different modes shows that with the improvement of the economic status of the children or the education level of their parents, the dietary composition of children tends to be diversified, and the height and weight status of children have obviously improved. Proved income, parental education is through the diet to affect children’s nutritional status. This article shows that food composition scoring is practical.
