某铅锌冶炼厂铅作业女工生存质量调查

目的调查某铅锌冶炼厂铅作业女工生存质量,并分析其影响因素。方法采用判断抽样方法,以某铅锌冶炼厂133名铅作业女工为调查对象,采用《世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表》(WHOQOL-BREF)调查其生存质量,分析其影响因素。结果铅作业女工WHOQOL-BREF生理、心理和环境领域的得分均低于全国常模(P<0.05)。多重线性逐步回归分析结果显示:在排除混杂因素的影响后,无接受铅防护知识培训者心理领域、社会领域和环境领域得分均低于有接受铅防护培训者(P<0.05),工作岗位无铅防护措施者环境领域得分低于有铅防护措施者(P<0.05),血铅异常者生理领域、心理领域和环境领域得分均低于血铅正常者(P<0.05),铅作业工龄≤10.0年者社会领域得分低于工龄>10.0年者(P<0.01),饮食前不洗手者生理领域得分低于饮食前洗手者(P<0.05),月经异常者环境领域得分低于月经正常者(P<0.05)。结论该厂铅作业女工在生理、心理和环境领域的得分较低;工作岗位无铅防护措施、无接受铅防护知识培训、铅作业工龄>10.0年、月经异常和血铅异常等均可对铅作业女工生存质量造成影响。 Objective To investigate the quality of life of lead workers in a lead-zinc smelter and analyze the influencing factors. Methods A sample of 133 Pb-based female workers in a lead-zinc smelter was investigated by judgment sampling method. The quality of life was investigated by WHOQOL-BREF, and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results The score of WHOQOL-BREF in the field of physiology, psychology and environment of lead workers was lower than that of national norm (P <0.05). The results of multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that after excluding the influence of confounding factors, the scores of psychological field, social field and environmental field of those who did not receive lead protection knowledge were lower than those who received lead protection (P <0.05) (P <0.05). The lead score in the field of environmental protection was lower than that of lead protection (P <0.05). The score of blood lead in the physiological, psychological and environmental areas was lower than that of normal blood lead (P <0.05) The scores in the social field of 10.0 years were lower than those of working years> 10.0 years (P <0.01). The score of physiological status of non-washmen before eating was lower than that of washing hands before eating (P <0.05) (P <0.05). Conclusions Lead workers in this factory have lower score in the field of physiology, psychology and environment. Lead-free protective measures in job, no knowledge of lead protection, lead working age> 1.0 years, abnormal menstruation and abnormal blood lead can lead to lead Workwoman quality of life impact.
