岩心管上接头,存车床上加工后,其头端锥部的40个等分齿,需在牛头铇床上用分度工具来铇齿.但由于工件锥部的角度较大,给加工和制作工具增加了麻烦.过去我们是用铣床分度头加工,因其是断续冲击铇削,冲击力大,引起较严重的震动.分度头的刚性不足,很易损坏.于是我们改用了一种简易的分度工具进行加工,铇一个齿只要0.4分钟,工具的构造简单,容易制作,适于野外队修理车间生产使用.这种工具由于工件的齿部是自由齿形,精度不高,在制作上采用了最简单的结构,如图1所示.图
