为了监测风扇及压气机的特性漂移,提出了一种气体流量估算方法.这种方法通过联立求解内、外涵出口静压平衡关系、尾喷口流量关系及焓增流量关系4个流量平衡方程,对气体流量进行估算.同时,通过计算确定传感器偏差标志参数,可区分隔离传感器误差对流量估算的影响.仿真了不同状态下部件特性及传感器误差分别漂移2%的情况,结果表明,这种方法可以监测到风扇、压气机的特性漂移,并将其与传感器误差漂移有效区分.
In order to monitor the characteristic drift of the fan and the compressor, a gas flow estimation method is proposed, in which the four flow equilibrium equations are solved by solving the static pressure balance relationship between the outlet and the outlet, the relationship between the flow at the tail nozzle and the enthalpy flow, , The gas flow rate is estimated.At the same time, the influence of the error of the isolation sensor on the flow estimation can be distinguished by the calculation of the parameters of the sensor deviation mark.The simulation results show that the part characteristics and the sensor error drift by 2% respectively under different conditions.
