指示各专员、财政科长、各区库主任、太原直属库主任、太原市财政局长全省各专区从十一月份开始秋征,在抗美援朝的口号下,各地不少农民,以实际行动,积极交纳公粮,不但数量足而且质量好。这充分证明了各地领导上的重视,并表现了群众抗美援朝的决心,同时出现了不少交粮模范事实,但从全省各地完成数字来看,截至十二月十日前后,据报告仅有榆次、忻县等专区少数县完成了任务。其他专县均距完成任务甚远;现在秋征期限已通,各地对征收入库,不可再事拖延,为便利农民全力参加冬季生产,应继续加强领导,抓紧时间,深入检查,突击完成秋屯入库工作。
