在网操作的传输网络优化项目风险性较高,运用项目管理知识在项目实施前对潜在风险进行分析和应对,可以较好地减少项目损失,保证项目质量。本文首先通过梳理我国通信工程项目风险管理存在的一般问题,结合昌吉传输网络优化项目的实际问题及特点,识别风险来源,进而构建昌吉传输网络优化项目的风险管理评价体系,制定相应的风险应对措施,取得了较好效果,并以期为类似通信工程项目的风险管理理论研究和实践应用提供思路。

In this paper, firstly, we sort out the general problems existing in the risk management of communication engineering projects in our country, identify the sources of risk by combining with the actual problems and characteristics of Changji transmission network optimization project, and then construct the risk management evaluation system of Changji transmission network optimization project and formulate corresponding risk countermeasures , And achieved good results, and to provide ideas for the risk management theory research and practical application of similar communication projects.
