目的:研究更年安舒颗粒对更年期大鼠内分泌系统的治疗作用。方法:13~15月龄大鼠按1.9、0.95、0.48 g·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)剂量灌胃给予更年安舒颗粒6周后,分别检测各组大鼠血清、下丘脑激素水平;检测大鼠更年期大鼠子宫、卵巢等脏器指数。结果:更年安舒颗粒可显著升高更年期大鼠血清雌二醇(E_2)含量(P<0.05或P<0.01),降低更年期大鼠血清促卵泡生成激素(FSH)、促黄体生成激素(LH)含量(P<0.05或P<0.01);增加更年期大鼠去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)含量(P<0.05);增加大鼠下丘脑雌激素受体(ER)蛋白表达阳性细胞数(P<0.05或P<0.01),降低促性腺激素释放激素(Gn RH)蛋白表达阳性细胞数(P<0.01)。结论:更年安舒颗粒具有多靶点的作用机制和整体调节的特点,对更年期大鼠的内分泌系统功能紊乱有较好的调节作用。
Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of Gengnian Anshu Granule on endocrine system of climacteric rats. Methods: The rats in 13 ~ 15 months old were given Ganyan Anshu granules by intragastric administration of 1.9,0.95,0.48 g · kg -1 d -1 for 6 weeks, , Hypothalamic hormone levels; detection of rat menopause rat uterus, ovarian and other organ index. Results: Gengnian Anshu Granule could significantly increase the level of serum estradiol (E 2) in menopausal rats (P <0.05 or P <0.01), reduce the serum levels of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and increased the content of NE, DA, 5-HT and β-EP in climacteric rats (P <0.05). The number of positive cells in the hypothalamus of hypothalamus (P <0.05 or P <0.01) and the number of Gn RH positive cells <0.01). CONCLUSION: Gengnian Anshu Granule possesses multi-target mechanism of action and overall regulation. It has a good regulatory effect on endocrine system dysfunction in climacteric rats.
