平衡功能,是人体重要的生理功能之一。对眩晕病人的平衡功能进行精细的检查,以求提供病因及定位诊断的资料极为重要。静平衡的检查一般仅凭肉眼主观判断,为了寻求客观记录,国外已采用姿势描记法(posturography)来进行记录,但国内尚未见广泛应用。本研究根据压电晶体陀螺高度灵敏的特性,试制一种能将人体倾倒的角位移、角速度、角加速度客观记录的仪器,定名为倾倒动态仪。现将初步研究结果介绍于后。 Balanced function is one of the important physiological functions of human body. It is extremely important to examine the balance function of vertigo patients in order to provide information on the cause and location of the diagnosis. Static balance examination is generally subjectively judged by the naked eye. In order to seek objective records, posturography has been used abroad to record, but it has not been widely applied in China. According to the highly sensitive nature of piezoelectric gyroscopes, this study tried to develop an instrument capable of objectively recording the angular displacement, angular velocity and angular acceleration of a human body, and named it as a tilting dynamic instrument. Now the preliminary findings are introduced later.
