指导员作为基层连队政治工作具体的执行者,对指引连队建设方向发挥着至关重要的作用。本文通过深度访谈剖析指导员的职业发展历程,结果表明,早期的本科教育将影响受访者初到部队的适应能力,丰富的任职经历培养了指导员的工作能力素质,但是他们对自身的工作态度处于一种矛盾的状态。
