保税物流园区是海关特殊监管区域之一,货物进入物流园区即可享受出口退税的政策赋予加工贸易企业进一步降低供应链管理成本的潜力,如何运用保税物流园区来优化供应链管理成本是本文研究的课题,关键在于上下游企业的双赢合作。
The bonded logistics park is one of the special supervision areas of the Customs. The policy of export tax rebates enjoyed by the goods entering the logistics park gives the processing trade enterprises the potential to further reduce the cost of supply chain management.
