系统地研究了以某铁精矿为原料生产还原铁粉的一次还原过程中各工艺因素与盐酸不溶物含量变化的关系,一次还原中盐酸不溶物剧增的基本原因是还原过程中的矿物转化,矿物转化除生成盐酸不溶物外,还伴有难溶性矿物出现,各工艺因素中对矿物转化的影响以还原温度最显著。因此,以精矿作原料生产还原铁粉,首先要尽量降低杂质含量,选用纯净的铁精矿;其次应根据原料确定合适的一次还原工艺参数。
