1987～1989年对广东省部分化妆品厂生产的73份样品按化妆品不同类型进行毒性试验。实验结果,洗发类急性皮肤刺激试验阳性率为47.0％,眼刺激试验阳性率为70.5％,护发类皮肤刺激试验和眼刺激试验阳性率分别为8.3％和15.4％,护肤类多次皮肤刺激试验阳性率为7.1％,皮肤致敏试验护发类、护肤类及其它类均未出现皮肤变应性反应,各类化妆品小鼠径口LD_(50)均大于5000mg/kg。
From 1987 to 1989, 73 samples produced by some cosmetics factories in Guangdong Province were tested for toxicity according to different types of cosmetics. The results showed that the positive rate of shampoo acute skin irritation test was 47.0%, the positive rate of eye irritation test was 70.5%, the positive rate of hair care skin irritation test and eye irritation test were 8.3% and 15.4% The positive rate of irritation test was 7.1%. There was no skin allergic reaction in the skin sensitization test hair care category, skin care category and other categories. The LD_ (50) of all kinds of cosmetic mice was larger than 5000mg / kg.
