历时3年,历经全国人大常委会4次审议的食品安全法,已于2009年2月28日第十一届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第七次会议通过,并将2009年6月1日起正式实施,现行食品卫生法同时废止。针对多头监管、政出多门的现状,《食品安全法》规定,国务院设立食品安全委员会,对食品安全监管进行协调和指导,督促各部门各司其职、各负其责。
The food safety law, which lasted for three years and was reviewed by the NPC Standing Committee for four times, was passed at the Seventh Session of the Standing Committee of the Eleventh National People's Congress on February 28, 2009 and will be held on June 1, 2009 Officially implemented, the current food hygiene law abolished at the same time. In view of the status quo on the long-term supervision and politics, the Food Safety Law stipulates that the State Council shall establish a food safety committee to coordinate and guide food safety supervision and urge all departments to perform their respective duties and responsibilities.
